What we actually believe

Outbound is not spam. Spam is spam. The difference is whether the person on the other end can tell you did any work before you hit send, and that difference is almost entirely a research problem, not a volume problem.

So Quicklead is built around research first. Score the list before you touch it. Read the profile before you write the opener. Follow up because the thread is worth continuing, not because a cadence said day seven. Volume is the easy part; every tool has it. Getting the first line right is what moves a reply rate from 8% to 30%.

Why cloud-only, always

Most LinkedIn tools started as browser extensions because extensions are easy to build. They are also the fastest way to get an account restricted: they run on your IP, at your machine's tempo, with your browser fingerprint attached to every action.

We never shipped an extension. Every Quicklead account runs in an isolated cloud session with a dedicated country-based IP, randomized human-like timing and gradual warm-up ramping. It cost us a year of engineering that a Chrome extension would not have. It is also the reason our customers still have their accounts.

The Open Profile bet

In 2025 we noticed something nobody in the category was using: roughly a fifth of LinkedIn Premium members leave Open Profile switched on, which means anyone can message them for free, no connection request, no InMail credit. Every competitor ignored it. We built automatic detection into the sequence engine so those prospects get messaged inline, at zero cost, and watched reply rates land around 23%.

That is the kind of thing we look for: a channel that already exists, that everyone is walking past.

Where we are

The team is split between Ahmedabad, India and California, USA, which means someone is awake whenever a customer's campaign has a problem. Support is handled by people who use the product, not a ticket queue, it is the single most common thing our G2 reviews mention.
