Short answer: for an agency running LinkedIn outreach for several clients, the best tools are the ones that keep every client separate, never contact the same person twice, run LinkedIn and email from one sequence, and stay affordable at 10 or more accounts. Quicklead, HeyReach, Expandi, Skylead and Meet Alfred are the strongest agency options in 2026. Which one fits depends on how many sender accounts you run and whether email is part of your offer.
We make Quicklead, so read our ranking with that in mind. To keep it useful, every price below is the vendor's own public list price, checked on 29 September 2026, and every tool is judged on the same eight agency criteria. Where a competitor is the better choice for a particular kind of agency, we say so.

What an agency actually needs from LinkedIn automation
A tool that works for one founder can quietly fail an agency. With ten client accounts, the problems change: one mistake reaches a client's buyers under that client's name. These are the eight criteria we used.
- Client separation. Each client needs its own workspace: its own lead lists, templates, campaigns and replies. A teammate working on one client should never see another client's data.
- Protection from double contact. The tool must remove people who were already contacted, already replied, asked not to be contacted, or already have a pending invitation. For agencies there is a second layer: one prospect should never hear from you on behalf of two different clients in the same month.
- Already-connected handling. When a lead is already a first-degree connection of the sending account, a connection request fails. A good tool skips the invitation and sends a direct message instead, because those are the warmest leads in the list.
- Many senders, safely. Each LinkedIn account should run in its own cloud session with a dedicated IP, daily caps and a gradual warm-up. Browser extensions put every client account at the mercy of one laptop.
- LinkedIn and email in one sequence. Many buyers never accept a connection request. If the same sequence can switch to a verified email, and stops on a reply from either channel, you book more meetings from the same list.
- Per-client targeting and messaging. Every client has a different ideal customer profile and a different voice. AI that scores leads against each client's ICP and writes from each prospect's profile beats one set of templates stretched across ten clients.
- Team workflow. Roles and permissions, a shared inbox across every account, and clear ownership of each reply. Replies that sit for a day are the most expensive leak in any agency.
- Pricing at 10, 25 and 50 accounts. Per-seat, per-sender and flat-fee pricing give very different bills once you grow. Work out the cost at your real account count, not the entry plan.
What 10 client accounts really cost
Most agencies we talk to run between 5 and 15 LinkedIn sender accounts. Here is the monthly list price for 10 accounts on each tool's agency-suitable plan, billed monthly. Annual billing lowers most of these.
| Tool and plan | 10 accounts, per month | What that includes |
|---|---|---|
| Quicklead Agency | 10 × $69 = $690 | Workspaces, AI, dedicated manager |
| HeyReach Growth | 10 × $79 = $790 | Agency plan: $999 for 25 senders |
| Meet Alfred Team | 10 × $79 = $790 | White label from 5 users |
| Expandi | 10 × $99 = $990 | Agency pricing is custom from 10 seats |
| Dripify Advanced | 10 × $99 = $990 | Team management is on Advanced |
| Skylead | 10 × $100 = $1,000 | Agency plan: $999 for 25 seats |
| lemlist Multichannel | 10 × $109 = $1,090 | Priced per user, email-first |
| Linked Helper Standard | 10 × $15 = $150 | Plus a computer or VPS per account |
Two patterns stand out. Flat-fee agency plans (HeyReach and Skylead at $999 for 25) only pay off once you actually run close to 25 senders. Below that, per-account pricing is usually cheaper. Desktop tools look cheap until you add the machines, the VPS rentals and the hours spent keeping them running.
1. Quicklead: best overall for B2B agencies
Quicklead is a cloud-based LinkedIn automation platform built around one question: who should this client's accounts contact, and what should they say? Every imported lead is scored from 0 to 100 against the ideal customer profile, with one line of reasoning, and only leads above your threshold enter a sequence. Openers are written by AI from each prospect's own profile and recent posts, five variants per prompt, rotated per lead.
Why agencies pick it
- Isolated client workspaces on the Agency plan, so each client's lists, templates and replies stay separate.
- Already-contacted and duplicate filtering before anything is sent.
- Free Open Profile InMails. Quicklead detects LinkedIn members with Open Profiles and messages them without a connection request or InMail credit, which adds reach without using up an account's weekly invitation limit.
- LinkedIn and email in the same sequence, with the Email Finder available as an add-on (2,000 verified emails for $39).
- Safety per account: an isolated cloud session, a dedicated country-based IP, human-like timing, daily caps and warm-up. You log in to LinkedIn yourself; Quicklead never asks for or stores the password.
- Stack: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Zoho sync, plus an API, webhooks and an MCP server.
- Service: a dedicated account manager, a private WhatsApp support group and unlimited training calls on Agency.
Watch-outs: a younger brand than Expandi or Dux-Soup, and no native mobile app. Social signals, ICP scoring and integrations start on Scale, not Starter.
Price: Starter $59, Scale $79, Agency $69 per LinkedIn account per month, with a 10-account minimum on Agency. 7-day free trial, no credit card.
Best for: agencies booking meetings for B2B clients who care more about reply quality than raw send volume.
2. HeyReach: best for very high sender counts
HeyReach is built for agencies and GTM teams running many LinkedIn senders. Its headline feature is sender rotation: connect a large number of accounts and spread sends across them, with a unified inbox for replies.
- Strengths: flat-fee plans for large sender counts, sender rotation, a unified inbox, and a wide integration catalogue (HubSpot, Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier, API, webhooks, MCP).
- Watch-outs: AI personalization relies on connecting outside AI tools, and email sending goes through tools like Instantly or Smartlead rather than HeyReach itself.
- Price: Growth $79 per sender per month; Agency $999 per month for 25 senders; Unlimited $2,999 per month.
Best for: agencies with 25 or more senders who already run Clay and a separate email tool. See our full Quicklead vs HeyReach comparison.
3. Expandi: best for established agencies
Expandi is one of the longest-running cloud LinkedIn automation tools, known for conditional sequences that branch on what a prospect does. It has an agency tier and dedicated IPs.
- Strengths: mature sequence builder, conditional logic, agency plans, webhooks.
- Watch-outs: per-seat pricing adds up quickly at 10 or more accounts, and there is no AI lead scoring against an ICP.
- Price: from $99 per seat per month ($79 billed yearly); agency pricing is custom from 10 seats.
Best for: agencies that value a proven workflow over newer AI features. Compare: Quicklead vs Expandi.
4. Skylead: best for LinkedIn plus high-volume email
Skylead combines LinkedIn automation with a large email allowance in one plan, and offers an agency contract with a dashboard across clients.
- Strengths: 100,000 emails a month included per seat, an agency dashboard for all clients and seats, client roles and permissions, and a white-label option.
- Watch-outs: the $100 per-seat price is high for small agencies, and the flat agency plan only pays off near 25 seats.
- Price: $100 per seat per month; Agency $999 per month for 25 seats.
Best for: agencies that sell LinkedIn and cold email as one package and need white-label.
5. Meet Alfred: best for LinkedIn, email and X
Meet Alfred runs outreach across LinkedIn, email and X (Twitter), with a basic built-in CRM and a team plan.
- Strengths: three channels in one tool, team inbox management, white label from 5 users and a dedicated account manager from 10.
- Watch-outs: multichannel starts on Pro, and the CRM is basic compared with a real one.
- Price: Basic $59, Pro $99, Team $79 per user per month, lower on quarterly and annual billing.
Best for: agencies whose clients' buyers are active on X as well as LinkedIn.
6. Salesforge: best for cold-email-first agencies
Salesforge is a cold email platform with LinkedIn steps. It is excellent at email volume and deliverability, with LinkedIn as a supporting channel.
- Strengths: unlimited mailboxes and email senders, a low entry price, and an optional AI SDR.
- Watch-outs: one LinkedIn sender on Pro; LinkedIn targeting and safety are less deep than LinkedIn-first tools.
- Price: Pro $40 per month; Growth $80 per month with unlimited LinkedIn senders.
Best for: agencies where email books most meetings. Compare: Quicklead vs Salesforge.
7. lemlist: best for email-led outreach with LinkedIn touches
lemlist is a multichannel sales engagement platform that started in cold email and added LinkedIn visits, invites, and text and voice messages.
- Strengths: a mature email product, LinkedIn voice messages, and a large template community.
- Watch-outs: the Multichannel plan is priced per user, which gets expensive for agency teams.
- Price: Email $69 per month; Multichannel $109 per user per month ($87 billed yearly).
Best for: email-led agencies adding LinkedIn as extra touches. Compare: Quicklead vs lemlist.
8. Dripify: best for small agencies with simple drips
Dripify is a straightforward cloud tool for LinkedIn drip campaigns with a clean interface.
- Strengths: simple to learn, cloud-based, quick to set up.
- Watch-outs: team management only on the top plan, and limited AI.
- Price: Basic $59, Pro $79, Advanced $99 per user per month.
Best for: two or three person agencies running simple sequences. Compare: Quicklead vs Dripify.
9. Linked Helper: best for technical freelancers on a budget
Linked Helper is desktop software. It runs on your own computer or on a VPS you manage, which keeps the licence cheap but moves the infrastructure work to you.
- Strengths: a low licence price and strong data extraction.
- Watch-outs: campaigns stop when the machine is off; running 10 client accounts means running and maintaining 10 environments.
- Price: Standard $15 per licence per month ($8.25 on a 12-month term), one licence per LinkedIn account.
Best for: solo operators comfortable with servers. Compare: Quicklead vs Linked Helper.
How a 10-account agency runs client campaigns without mistakes
Whichever tool you choose, this is the workflow that protects clients and books the most meetings. It is how we set up agencies on Quicklead.
- Set the ICP per client. Job titles, industries, company size, locations, buying signals and exclusions. Write down each client's proof points and the call to action they want.
- Import from the right source. A Sales Navigator search, a LinkedIn search, people who engaged with relevant posts, or the client's own CSV or CRM list.
- Clean before you contact. Remove duplicates, anyone contacted in the last six months, anyone who said no, pending invitations, the client's existing customers and competitors. For agencies, also remove anyone already in another client's campaign.
- Route already-connected leads to a direct message. They skip the invitation and get the personalized message straight away.
- Score and cut. Only leads above your ICP threshold go in. Hold the borderline ones for a human to review.
- Run LinkedIn and email together. Visit and like, invite, AI message on acceptance, email to verified addresses that did not accept, then one follow-up on each channel. Stop everything on any reply.
- Own every reply. Assign each client to a teammate, set a reply-time target (two hours is a good start), and review who is falling behind every week.
- Report on meetings, not activity. Clients care about meetings booked against target. Send that number weekly, with the warmest conversations.
Which tool is right for your agency?
| If your agency… | Choose |
|---|---|
| books meetings for B2B clients, 5 to 25 accounts | Quicklead |
| runs 25+ senders with Clay and a separate email tool | HeyReach |
| sells LinkedIn + cold email with white-label | Skylead |
| also needs X (Twitter) outreach | Meet Alfred |
| books most meetings by email | Salesforge or lemlist |
| is two people running simple drips | Dripify |
Tools we left out: browser extensions such as Waalaxy and Dux-Soup's Chrome plans, because campaigns pause when the browser closes, and scraping tools such as PhantomBuster, which are not built for client outreach. See the full 25-tool comparison for them.
FAQs
- Is LinkedIn automation safe for client accounts? It is as safe as the tool's behaviour. LinkedIn's User Agreement does not permit third-party automation, so every tool carries some risk. Keep risk low with cloud sessions on a dedicated IP per account, a warm-up for new accounts, daily caps, about 100 connection requests a week per account, and personalized messages that get accepted.
- Do I need my clients' LinkedIn passwords? With Quicklead, no. The account owner logs in to LinkedIn once and Quicklead keeps only the session, never the password. Avoid any setup that asks you to store client passwords in a shared document.
- Is per-seat or flat-fee pricing cheaper for an agency? Per-account pricing is usually cheaper below about 20 accounts. Flat-fee agency plans, such as $999 for 25 senders, only win when you actually run close to that number.
- How do I stop two clients contacting the same prospect? Check new imports against every active campaign across all clients, not only the current client, and keep a shared do-not-contact list. Also upload each client's customer list as a suppression list so you never pitch their own customers.
- Should agencies run LinkedIn and email together? Yes, if you can find verified emails. Many decision makers never accept connection requests; an email step for those prospects, inside the same sequence, recovers meetings that LinkedIn alone would miss.
- Do I need Sales Navigator for every client account? No. It improves targeting and search limits, but tools like Quicklead also work with standard LinkedIn search, post engagers and imported lists.
